I get the usability issues with XML, mid-stream downloads, SSL and AJAX - with intelligent products you could just look at the mime type and tcp reset the flow. If the customer investigates, they will know what's up - shouldn't that be acceptable? With SSL(facebook) unless the carrier has valid SSL private keys (I'm pretty sure some do) there is not much that can be done (besides blocking or resetting the TCP flow) without completely hyjacking the session which would inspire a browser warning.
I have 2xBFG 9800GT passive cooled graphics cards I was thinking of using 2xMatrox tripple head 2 go DP editions to drive 2 sets of 2, then drive two wide and drive the other two native... but I am having a hard time justifying $600+ required for the matrox devices and cable adaptors. 2048 wide is too wide to run 3x2048:(
I have 6x2048x1152 monitors - Samsung, got them for $250 each. They aren't great, but they aren't terrible. For the price they were freaking awesome. Only problem is I can't drive all 6 from the same machine yet and all my Open GL screen savers seem to barf after 4096 pixels wide. I only have 3 hooked up now.
I think a jail broken phone is more like a car who's ECU was reflashed over bluetooth via an exploit... after all most of these jailbreaks are exploits.
If your phone is rooted and software corrupted, there should be a procedure to fix the software and put it back in its factory state.
The warranty issue should be if your phone is overclocked causing hardware damage or your car is made to produce more power/run outside its design parameters directly causing hardware failure.
Except the magic of soft ware is that two processes can be coded to behave differently... it could have been trivial for RSA to assume a different hash salt for tokens with different serial numbers or enrollment behaviours.

The algorythm on the server is used to determine if any of the enroled tokens for that user could have generated the random secret number. If I am correct, even if the server storing the serial to seed mapping is compromised, there is still no way practical way to clone the tokens because you won't have the ability to predict the next numbers, only confirm if the numbers generated were plausible or not based on the predicted/known state of the tokens clock. Even if you know the serial number of the token, have all the seeds, there is the clock synchronization issue and often there is a pre or postpended user set pad.
My RSA admin declined me a Blackberry software token on basis of security so I have to carry arround this key chain that says "he must work somewhere where security is important".
Add to that, even if you know the seed, you need to know the state of the clock in that token as well... not that it's hard if you have seen unencrypted token data for the token you are cloning... but as a remote attacker who only has a seed, the username and a pin and the algorythm, you still need a resonable prediction of that physical tokens clock.
This article summary should have said SOFTWARE tokens, as this is much less impressive.
That is relevant because it was easier/faster to get an up-to date-ish linux cd with a book that had to go through various editors, a printing press and the book stores distribution system then download the cd over a 33.6 modem... and then it was easier to read the book then load/search a document that large in a word processor and stare at a low res CRT screen.
Much of the energy from an electric motor is lost to heat as well... same with motor switching... and then there is the power grid... where much of the energy is wasted in stepping up and stepping down voltage... and then there is storage, where a every known storage mechanism seems to loose some energy to heat. In even mass production of energy, there is usually huge amounts of wasted energy that escapes through heat (nuclear cooling towers?!).
