So this thing is going to be flying for six months??? What when [name any tiny but critical part] turns out to have not such a long lifetime? Airplane engineering has never proven itself to be failsafe, and keeping planes in the air for six months seems like a big challenge.
I concur, I wouldn't be living beneath one of these. Especially as the fully charged fuel cells will contain a lot of hydrogen and oxygen, conveniently mixed in the ideal ration for extreme explosiveness! Remember the Hindenberg?:-)
Why don't we just use all those 60+ Iridium satellites to provide high speed Internet access? They're not going to be used anyway:-)
I've just bought my first digital camera, which came with a 4MB CompactFlash card. Used it for a few days, until I tried writing to the card in my Psion Series 5 organiser. Unfortunately, the Psion was very low on power, so halfway through the writing action it decided to abort... Which left my CompactFlash card completely unusable!! I just sent it back for repair.
So my comment is: Don't think CompactFlash is any safer than floppy disks. They still are very fragile. Also other things can go wrong: As they don't come with a good casing, dust/sand etc. can easily fill the small connector holes when they are carried in a pocket...
Maybe the A sign stands for 1/2, making it 1,5 hours? Probably someone who is great with the ASCII set but forgot that not everyone uses it:-)
Would be fun though... Not for everyday traffic I think, but just for fun... If it really works. I do think it will be very noisy with all those fans by your head.
No longer their ethical choice to make, no longer OK. They get some sort of contempt charge and a gag order so that publicity about this discovery won't contaminate the larger case or lead to further annonymous harrassment. These obstructionists turn it into a big case and take so long that the person claiming harrassment just gives up and gets on with his her its life and they think thats a victory.
Well, so what if someone sends you a threat by snail mail? You can hardly sue the mail company for that, as they don't have the information anyway.. Why shouldn't anonymous mail/cards/whatever not be possible on the internet, just because the information IS available?

Just my $0.02 :-)
