    See how restrictions in one area can come back around and bite you in the ass sometimes (OK maybe not a great example). Maybe they can have a "mask clause" for the web-cam & chalk-board.

    Well if you are using Windows give Limewire a shot (www.limewire.com), I have a DSL and it works great. A little slow sometimes, but much better than Napster or IMesh.

    Maybe you would be more interested in the Libertarian Party..they are NOT the same as the ACLU, even though a lot of their views are the same. Here are their views on gun control http://www.lp.org/issues/gun-rights.html. I think it might fall right in line with yours

    It is still price gouging you idiot....and we're not talking about a set supply of water here...we're talking the entire stock of multiple stores. And even if there were only 1000 bottles of water what's wrong with selling them for the normal price and still turning a profit (seeing as you wouldn't have sold them otherwise). It's greed pure and simple, it's unethical, and it's ILLEGAL....

    I thought the FCDDB was based on a GPL'ed Version of CDDB. Wouldn't that be protected?
