What you say is all well and good but lets not forget that the outragous price of RDRAM will now start to be superimposed on the SDRAM/ DDR SDRAM market and we get the SHAFT right up the cornhole. DDR SDRAM is already much faster in terms of access time and and data rates, add to this the fact that it is about a 1/5 the cost of RDRAM and you can see where RAMBUS is going. They are out to corner the market just as MS has and they will profit very well from their position. I guess that it's time to stock up on DDR SDRAM befor the Price hikes start.
