I suppose it all hinges on which parts of the Operating system control C:/temp-- google's little cleanup daemon, or the host, which may not care all that much about google's fancy file system.
1080p graphics? What sort of 1080p graphics? Does it traverse the uncanny valley and emerge out on the other side? Does it look more real than the real world?
Now if they use the same power / video / audio cable interfaces so all you had to do was unplug the PS4 and plug in the PS3 -- that would be thinking ahead.
It is a shame they don't put more memory on these things.
depends on the performance hit. Anyway, if a large fraction of i7's transistors are devoted to a simple but very large L3 cache, the GeForce's transistor count is even more impressive.
of course, if you read beyond the summary, you'll discover references to "crysis 3", ultra fast small form factor gaming PCs", "display over clocking" and other gimmicks that have no place in a supercomputing environment. In fact, the only real concession to HPC is double precision performance, which I suspect is only marginally useful in games.
"Learning Resource?" It's a book, not a nontransferable software license. But we're getting off topic-- Mellon press appears to publish monographs, not textbooks. If they're good enough, you can cite them in your research papers.
TODO: make error messages more informative for the end user.
I suppose that in an ideal world, the gamer would program his own games, and contribute well-crafted bug fixes to the games of others, but diagnosing this error effectively requires either sorting through a google search of hundreds of web pages or learning the guts of glx.
Inept state Governments are part of a nefarious multi-decade long project to get people to pay more attention to what goes in the statehouses. That's why gerrymandering is so common. That's why "intelligent design" bills get passed.
Washington state? Obama won 56 percent to 41 percent. It's pretty much a democratic stronghold compared to Virginia-- which Obama also carried, 51 percent to 47 percent.
A nationwide popular vote makes most sense to me-- the president already represents the nation in so many ways, and the election mechanics should reflect that.
I prefer the Virginia method. Whoever wins the majority of the gerrymanders (R-Money) shall receive the two extra senatorial votes. It makes certain political considerations more obvious.
RAW files tend to be proprietary. Canon's CR2, Pentax PEF, and Nikon's NEF format are all different. Adobe has a DNG standard, as well.
Microsoft really does need to put more thought into how it designs its operating systems. It won't have that monopoly forever.
Those all appear to be film cameras. No pesky software patents.
However, Holga isn't known for quality glass. I don't think they're known for glass, period.
Best avoid Android, then.
At least the FAT patent expires in 2014.
Not unbounded, no, but add a cheap HDMI switch or an HDMI receiver, and you're in business.

HDMI and power strips are pretty standard.
built in obsolescence,
A path name for a file system directory can be "C:temp\12-1-1999."
Why is google still using a C drive? And Temp is a bad place to store anything of value.
It is a shame they don't put more memory on these things.

Buy three and find out.
So how much cache is on this chip?

Imagine the worst, and act accordingly. I like to think that he's worth twenty or thirty Sheldon Adelsons
Wow! Reagan won the state of Washington in 1984? Good to know. I was in danger of confusing it with Minnesota.

I view democracy as a method of transmitting localized information to a central authority.

Perhaps that's the plan. Will no one rid me of this turbulent state?
house districts, by and large, are gerrymandered. Basing the electoral vote on such districts reduces the election to a mere formality.
But for some reason, the Virginia legislature just hates its swing state designation.
