BT internet, by the way, is an absolute horribly run company. They care nothing about their user's wants, and would rather sit back and wait for someone else to fix the problems that their users experience. BT couldn't care less about users that cause problems on certain communities, and instead of taking action, they simply ignore most reports and refuse to take action. They should be ashamed.
