Let's look at recent history; it took a two-month programming student in the Philipines to figure out how to wipe-out every poor MS users porno and other crap. How long before someone on gnutella puts the genome map online? How long before some extremist gets his hands on the newest decodings? How long before said extremist finds out how to build a virus that attacks only caucasions? African/African-Americans? Asian? Even the simple (and somewhat humorous) example of a virus that attacks only men; set on by an extreme member of NOW? I think that we'll see the homemade virus go in a whole new direction. Attacks by gene-hackers to change the world however they want... even if that means to wipe us all out and start over. "Where do you want to go today?" I want to go to a place wear noone can put a letter in my mailbox that eats my house, thanks.
