Thankfully, the version that was passed in the Senate had the sections that allowed this removed. I was suprised that more of an uproar was not made over these provisions that seem to me to be wholly unconstitutional.
I am the network administrator at a small liberal arts college. Napster is VERY popular on our campus. My dilemma is that our bandwidth can be completely saturated at times. We have a T1 and the powers that be will not spring for increasing our bandwidth. We also have a policy of supporting personal responsibility and I do not want to have to start blocking things like Napster. Anyone in a similar boat? Any ideas?
Behold the power of cheese.

Actually the Elliot Wave Principle was 'discovered' by R.N. Elliott in the 1930's. That predates Asimov's psychohistory by a good 20 or so years.
