  1. We are all Europans? (dont tell tony blair) on NRC Recommends NASA Galileo Crash · · Score: 1

Big/fast rock slams into Mars and fragments end up as metorites on Anarctica. Maybe they contain Martian microbes? Long ago, this could have seeded life on Earth: "we are all Martians". But: where did/do most of the big/fast rocks end up? - not Mars or Earth, but Jupiter, or it's backyard. So maybe big chunk of infected ice from Europa or one of the other icy moons hits Mars, hits Earth. We are all Europans? Prediction: life on Mars/Europa will be found to contain the same DNA technology as L-o-E. Europa cooler than Earth : also cooler than Mars, probably. Ancient life (ancestor life?) might have changed less there than here. Life in the freezer. It would be an experimental error to introduce Terran organisms before we analyse the aboriginal life. Morality / Greenpeace arguments are not relevant. By0rder
