Without replying directly to the article... Does anybody know if Mac OS X definetly supports PAM (Pluggable Authentication Modules)? Or do the user and group management of Mac OS X support LDAP? In the whole world I havent found any hint on this. For me (and thousands more, I assume) this is very important, because it would be the most convenient way to integrate Macs into a heterogenic environment of Linux and Mac OS X servers.
