    Three ideas:
    1. Send lots of fake e-mail like "I love bombs that don't explode near the president of my ISP"
    2. Use 128 Mb keys for encryption. (Pretty secure, but rather slow, I'd say.)
    3. Send e-mail like this "bomb president" repeated about 10^1000 times. That should slow down the system so it misses the legitimate bomb threats :)
