Ditto on the "for the most part". My Telocity was installed (in Chicago also) in 10 days, but the service can be very sketchy. I have had to reboot my "Telocity Gateway" a few times to get my service back.
BTW, for all you Telocity users...what OS do you think that "Gateway" runs? It obviously runs something that can support a web server?
