Nah. This stuff might sound good to somebody still living at home, but I work for money because I have bills to pay. When I am doing good stuff at work, it is in order to get paid more. I do free stuff at home at night.
We must vote- even it we vote for nobody

Should You Vote?

Only idiots don't vote- every person who doesn't vote gives more say to those who do (who tend to elect people into office who say things like "I created the internet").
I have voted in some elections where the only two choices for a position were idiots- I just cast a ballot without a vote for either. At least my vote counted.
This could be a good thing or a bad thing- that is, if there is wording in the contract that you are guaranteed to receive this training in exchange for your commitment, this is good.
Likewise, there are cases where a shady company can put wording in a contract that you are responsible for repaying x set amount, but they don't actually get around to delivering (or they throw you in a back room with phocopied courseware and an inexperienced trainer).
Then you are in a tricky situation- do you quit? My employer has done this and actually sued some meployees for the full amount...
My advice is to never enter a contract that requires any time committment wihtout clear language specifying what you will get in return...
If only it was more socially acceptable to use a bicycle for transportation- less traffic, less pollution, etc... Now if only the office I worked at had bike showers... I would be in better shape, I could sell my (cough) SUV, I would save hundreds of dollars per month.
But there is a stigma associated with any type of transportation other than driving (more in some parts of the US/world than others, but it is especially bad in the southern US). I dream of the day when I can work somewhere with bike lockers and showers, and snicker as I ride past the $5.00/gallon gas stations.
Hardware? Written recognition? Warm fuzzies?

Oh boy. I have foiled their attempts to control my mind, but now I know I can communicate only with carrier pigeons.
