Seriously though, since "unlimited" budget in my experience usually means "nonexistant," I'd have to say pfSense and OpenVPN ftw. If they are that small there is no way they can really afford to give you a limitless budget.
What exactly is running on these blades? Any specialized software? What kind of business is this? How is the wiring in the building? If you want to build a network for a business, you need to understand what they need to do and find the most transparent way to let them do that. You should also google "networking."
