Only that I think it should be those "had bad habits" get hired. We make mistakes and when we learn the right thing, we forget the old thing. Man that wants to make better things make always learn right things and get rid of wrongs. Otherwise you won't count anyone to grand their "good habits".

Of course we need to think, but what our thinking based on? Its what our ancestors of accumulated for hundreds of thousands years. however technology is developed, we live mostly on experience(technology is part of it). We should accept change, but should never deny all the past.

Why don't the heads of the large corporate act as grown ups? they all like to speak big words, deny the obvious things, finding excuses.
