What if farmer fred only grows one fresh fruet, and uses teh same super duper replicating machine. just saved him alot of work, and the end user gets the same thing(fresh fruit) now what happens when farmer freds competitors try to get that machine banned, because it allows people to make "pirated" copies of fruit?

Why is anyone suprised that the "media" are begining to portray anyone outside the "norm" as evil, saying we act in a viral manner is just anouther way of saying it. everyday it gets harder to be an indevidual, I get questioned about wearing all black, wearing a cape or trench coat, more times then I care to think about, and most inquireys are less then polite. why? because I'm diferent, and that makes me bad. if you want an example of a virus, look at McDonalds, or any other franchise chain, every one is exactly the same, copied from the same source binder(read Snow Crash for a longer discusion on this) the diference between being an evil Virus, intent on doing evil, and the nations largest companies is how much $money you have to throw at attack lawyers and marketing. Tolerances would be set pretty high as well for airports, else someone who had just fertilized the garden would be carted away. Ya, just like they are set high for the metal detectors so you can get through wearing blue jeans. Mine(arazona's) set them off every time, as do my hiking boots I wear when traveling. I just make the securtity troll check my w/ its magic wand, saves so much time, and wandering back and forth "would you like me to strip and try again sir?"

Hasn't M$ tried this move before, around 1987/1988, and didn't Hotmail crash and burn? I know it crashed and burned in a big way about that time frame...
