    NO, they should make sure that people who are unable to help themselves should not starve (disabled etc .) Everyone else is a fair game.

    Before you contact Gnome foundation, how about first checking out if there were any AA candidates who were qualified and subsequently rejected by foundation.

    Beside, AA constitute only 13 % of population and are not known for being overly involved with technology (as for example people with Asian ethnic background) so is this possible that lack of AA on this foundation might not be result of racism and you are simply too sensitive.

    How do we determine when to allow candidates to participate in TV debates ?
    I understand you woudn't want to see every wacko who happened to start his little party bringing his message on TV ( somebody has to pay for it.)

    In US currect limit is 15% support , if you got it, you will be included in the debates.

    Who should decide that ?
    People, of course, and that is the case in US. Anybody is free to start their own party and they do.
    Everything else is in the hands of people.
