What happens when the thing you are being recorded becomes illegal the next day? This is not just about first world use. The ubiquity of surveillance and it's illegitimate use to torment people is clear and common.

Has no one thought of just moving things to the darknet? Or is poker just that hard to code in the browser?

Then don't shop there?! I shop at plenty of places that only record the last 3 days or don't have cameras at all. Am I the only one that remembers all the pissed off people when Google Street View came out? I keep my blinds closed a lot more since then...I don't feel like that is fair that I have to be worried inside my own home.

  4. are you really surprised? on Man Physically Assaulted At McDonald's For Wearing Digital Eye Glasses · · Score: 1

All the comments seem to be focusing on whether this is even real. Am I the only one that expected this? When I read the first slashdot article talking about google glasses, that was my reaction. How could I circumvent all these wienies with cameras on their heads?! I see these types of troubles increasing as more people take these things out in public. I swear to never interact with anyone wearing those. If I have customers that walk into my store wearing those, they will be asked to leave immediately or the police will be called!
