The endless law suits from america cant stop the internet simply because it belongs to everyone - and i really doubt they can employ enough lawyers to sue everyone on the planet:o)
The various people sueing like there is no tomorrow are doing just that - doing whatever they can to survive. I believe those companies will die out very quickly unless they embrace, not attack the internet
it would be a good idea, but getting anoything into space costs millions of dollars. ($80 million ish?)
since this was such a low budget, and other projects like it, they can only afford the one ride.
IMHO, we should scrap pretty much everything except research into finding a half way decent meathod of getting into orbit. $80 mill a pop is plain stupid!

asteroid belt
the mars-jupiter asteroid belt contains litrally millions of times more resources than planet earth.
Eventually, we will need a mars presence, even if its only for a mining colony with some kind of docking station in low orbit.
And anyway, those moons your on about are alot further away than mars.. lets do one thing at a time
