I am reminded of 1-800-OPERATOR (owned by AT&T) and 1-800-OPERATER (owned by MCI, I believe). As long as a company isn't trying to pull a scam I don't see anything wrong with taking advantage of the fact that some people misspell or mistype.
How about other forms of misunderstanding? The first time I went to amazon.com, I didn't have in mind "largest river" but "tribal warrior woman," and I figured it was a feminist bookstore.
