I want to read about research into really cool drive technology not spaceships (Ion drives, Magnetic Superconductors etc) with the acceleration of an Eastern European car going up a steep hill. I agree we have to start somewhere but more obscure areas of research such as the anti-gravitic properties of superconducting ceramics spinning at high velocity are ignored or worse debunked before they even get off the ground.
So now the US election could turn into a marathon court case leaving the most powerful nation in the world potentially leaderless! All of this could have been avoided. Maybe now government money can be directed towards alternative methods of voting (most notably online e-voting). Companies such as Baltimore Technologies are already developing technology to facilitate just that.
On another note I'd imagine Buchanan is avoiding watching TV at the moment. How demeaning is that when everytime you turn the tube on someone is there saying "No way he got that many votes!".
"It's not what do we do next, it's whether we have the resolve to do it"
Ireland, UK, Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Italy, Spain, Greece etc etc
Feel free to enlighten me with your cutting xenophobic criticism of any one of these nations.
Or alternatively just get back to the original topic...
they just increase the price you pay for petrol.
Not to mention the fact that they'll add 200% tax to the cost of purchasing it.
FYI European social benefits cost me 54% of my salary every month.
Ooops. I'm posting from Denmark where they haven't caught on to that idea of charging for air yet. Actually most gas stations in Europe give it away for free

But wouldn't increased amount of air cars on the road significantly decrease the amount of conventional combustion engines as well. The trade off as far as pollution goes would be in favour of the air car.
It also stated in the article that a standard air pump at a filling station could fill up the tanks in under 3 minutes. Sounds great but leaves me wondering if filling stations will start charging for air as well...
"Activate drive....bang...Ow....Drive working...bump...ooh ow....Maximum Bump speed Helm....ow thump bang...."

If I'm driving an air car I won't give a flying hoot what the cost of gasoline is. Now that is a bargain!
