Apples and oranges. The judges haven't been approved because the Senate D's don't have the numbers, being the minority, to outright reject them. Should they rubber stamp everyone who gets nominated? How does the Sentate's judicial approval process in any way relate to the House's procedures for votes?

I know I'm a little late in responding to this, but I always twinge when I read or hear someone saying that the Bible is the end-all-be-all of knowledge.
So essentially this is the point at which people feel they're being ripped off. They don't mind paying for the cost of a movie, and they don't mind giving the actors and director a fair share of profit, but when they have to keep paying and paying without any end in sight...
If people don't want to keep paying, they don't have to continue viewing the movie.
