Yep. What we have here is two definitions of the same term. Michael's use of libertarian is consistant with the 'libertarian socialism' of the Spanish civil war's POUM, closely linked to anarcho-syndicalism, and is certainly what is meant by 'libertarian' in revolutionary polemics dating from the early 20th century.
Unfortunately, the late 20th century 'post-objectivists' have latched onto the word for marketing their 'kinder, gentler objectivism'.
The upshot is that most people understand Michael's views only as 'anarchist', and don't know that the older meaning of the word 'libertarian' ever existed -- that it once expressed a broad ideal that encompassed strands of both socialism and anarchism, and that many sacrificed a great deal for it...
