If online voting takes over completely, then the goverments surely will have to put measures in place that allow 100% of the voting population to gain access to a computer connected to the internet.
Obviuosly the simple solution is to have polling stations like now just with computers in instead. It does however mean that the rich are more likely to vote and the poor maybe less likely, shifting the balance of power.
