How often do I see someone type 'google' in the google search bar, click 'google' in the google search results and then type 'facebook' once on a new google page...

MSPaint is useful for the same reason that vi is useful in the *nix world; you know it's already installed and how it will basically behave.
I know vi is a powerful tool, but I had no idea one could edit pictures with it.

Quite possible, but I'm afraid many will just turn off updates or even revert to outdated systems. The year of win xp on the desktop maybe ?
