    Read the link above at Maccentral regarding almost ALL the big names in audio going gaga over OS X.

    It's about implementation ... and Apple's all over that.

    Apple hasn't lost the advantage in Audio, it's just left the competition behind.

    Virus scanners ... there's a few Notes Native that are platform independant. One that comes off the top of my head is Sybari. IIRC, it even uses standard Norton or Mcafee (don't know which) dat files.

    Exchange itself is not groupware. The infrastructure is messaging. That's it.

    Calendaring, scheduling, messaging ... all messaging. Even the calendar sucks ...

    You post is pretty much useless. Go look at Notes or E-Room ...

    You (and many others on these threads) are forgetting that OS X isn't just about *BSD and Aqua ... it's also about the entire OpenStep frameworks, Objective-C, Administration which is XML based, and other items. Those will be difficult to just port over to Linux. BTW, its LinuxPPC.
