That is the worst support ratio in history. I hate Windoze, but no large support org has that bad of ratios. Mine are approx. 250:1 for a Win2k shop, which is pretty average.
Regardless of how smart or easy the programming language is, you will always need smart, subject matter experts, ie. business analysts, to determine the functional programming logic.
I have a Snap 2000 that I upgraded from 20Gb (2 x 10gb drives) to 60Gb (2 x 30Gb IBM drives) and it was quite easy. The box complained at first about the missing setup, but then allowed me to format like new. The hardest part was getting the case off.
