I have to agree. Noone likes advertisements; however, we all like free media. I really enjoyed watching my favorite TV shows for free when I was a kid. Advertisements pay for this. Without getting into complicated arguments I will make the statement that the web is free right now and in order for certain content to remain that way we need advertising revenue. Things are MUCH better now, it is far easier to avoid unwanted adds on the web than from TV, think about it. We have made progress.
