why are they allowed to take it away from him ? what would happen if he said no ? that is impossible to avoid since many things have some type of microchip in them.

how many sites are css on ? if so many sites had all this stuff on it then none of this could be a problem because even though we know the truth, others don't because of bullshit and misinformation.
most patents are useless (lacking utlity), baseless (lacking evidence), simple (complex ?!) what has happened ? were they ever innovative, novel, and containing utility ?
most people who are spamming do it through servers that are open in some way or anonymously, so how will cutting off a whole server accomplish anything ?
its not too hard usually to remove the filters or censorware, so whats the big deal ?
what would this accomplish ? they would become richer while gaining more power like any other company this happened to (att, standard oil). of course m$ would want this over most other options because they know if it was broken up the results
