I have a hard time putting right or wrong on somebody's action unless I know why they did it, regarless of what the laws say. Since they did not state it in the article I'm assuming it's to stop competition/increase sales. Does the folowing consumer really exist?
Consumer:"Hmmmm I want a computer, I really like that Aqua colored interface with transparent thingies, oh I can only get that with OSX looks like I'm buying an Apple".
