I don't know about you guys, but every hotel I've stayed at will charge you if there are towels missing. In addition, hotels often leave fruit, bathrobes, and alcohol - all yours for the taking (for a fee of course).
In this case, we're being taxed for services we haven't received. It is about time we started collecting on what we paid for.
