In short, there was a customer who was going on an international trip. He asked what the cost of data would be. They quoted him at.002 cents / kb, but later charged him.002 dollars / kb. It took him over 2 months talking with and emailing many customer service reps before someone understood the difference between.002 dollars and.002 cents. He recorded the phone calls and it is quite entertaining to listen to how dumb people are.
