Did anyone notice that only hacking "devices" were explicitly mentioned ? What about software ? I use programs at home, on my own network, to debug same and some of these could certainly be construed as "hacking" programs. What if these were to become "illegal" ? Will the police come to my house to look for "devices" ? Is my computer a hacking "device" ?
