This page attempts to attack Linux as an inferior server solution, and I guess that's the dumbest thing about it. What are these "important features", hardware support that thepage bitches about. Oh, nuts - my file server doesn't support plug'n'play usb speakers, how dumb. The most important feature of a file server would be, when you plug it in and connect it to the network, how long before you open that closet again to fix the file server. An NT box? You'd be better off putting the thing on a desk, oh and hire someone to babysit that piece of junk.
With all of the litigations these days iTools is an awful choice for a name. Ever heard of that set of "internet tools" that Apple offers free to all new Mac owners. It's called something like, hmm.... let me think. Oh, it's iTools !
obviously bill knows that the surest way for nt to die is for it to lose it's usefulness. once you can completely access/use all m$ file formats why would you run their os? You wouldn't., or at least i wouldn't
I'd like to see BattleBots category for autonomous bot 'swarms' in a mini-war kind of thing. Limit entry teams to total weight of the team. 100 BEAM analog killers vs. 4 Microprocessor-controlled Behemoth destructobots? I think that would kick ass.
