It also takes about 18-24 months from the time your break ground to you can begin to qualify they plant. After the plant is qualified (3-6 months) you will suffer reduced yields for an additional 2-4 months.

Not when the stock market reacts, what is the lag between the policy being passed and the economy reacting to those changes.
