For example, if you go to the kid's section of Snitchreport.com and play Terrorist Dressup - there's a way to make George W. Bush or Osama bin Laden completely naked. There's also a way to turn George into Bill Clinton.
My girlfriend was checking her email just now and discovered that Yahoo! had switched the order of the buttons. Now Shop is where Mail used to be. I used to work for a dotcom (actually, I used to work for Yahoo! too) and I can tell you that what probably happened is that some guy in the e-commerce branch said "We're not getting enough hits on Shop - do something or you're fired!"
I don't know what all you user interface people think about this, but I'm inclined to say that it's never a good idea to change an interface for the purpose of driving accidental traffic.
Hey - maybe the reason nobody is buying CDs anymore is that people ARE boycotting these jerks (on the music side of the industry) for their first-amendment-destroying behavior.
Does this mean that at some point we can expect to see processors, memory modules, and other support chips with serial interfaces? This would surely simplify motherboard designs and lead to even higher motherboard front-side bus speeds.
I'm so tired of God. He's so Reagan administration.
I blame Archer-Daniels Midlands and the Pew Trust

It was just a matter of time before stuffy, ignorant corporate beliefs and worldviews started creeping in once those little "sponsored by" ads started appearing. I'm sure the idea to reign in the linking community had origins at Archer-Daniels Midlands or the Pew Memorial trust.
Nevertheless, no matter how bad NPR may slide, I will always have fond memories of the days when they were cool. And the theme tune of All Things Considered will always help me in the evenings of my days of suffering.
I'm glad they've found a use for the stuff they used to just stack in dumpsters. Several years ago I picked up 5 or six old ps/2s, an oscilloscope, and a rack mounted 100-node Transputer array from a UVA dumpster.
I suppose you could turn the media like an incubating egg every now and then - programatically perhaps once a month a way calculated to preserve the the integrity of the dots.

This is some breaking news related to this story.
