isonews themselves. if you run a news site such
as that, then you HAVE TO HAVE at least some
connection to what you are reporting on-heck,
you don't get a release list out of nothing,
right? just like you are not able to report on
dreamcast isos if you yourself do not have
access to such. i believe that isonews.com does
nothing illegal by posting news and "nfos" but
the bottom line is the connection between
being involved in what you are reporting on.
if those who run isonews are not related in
warez/isos/dreamcast piracy in anyway, they
have nothing to fear. otherwise, maybe they
should start and reconsider.
after all, sega lawyers are just doing their
job. without you, they won't get any pay:)
