I was just reading the data on Scorecard. when you stated that In Santa Clara county alone, there are 23 EPA superfund cleanup sites you neglected to mention that 17 of those sites are in the final stage (Construction Completion)of cleanup. The other 6 are in the second to last stage (Construction Underway.) Granted this doen not mean it is cleaned up but it is well underway.
I would say that you are just as guilty of "glossing over" information to make your point. If you use statistics at least be complete.
