I work as a retail manager for a small to mid size company in Oregon. I also do system support when the network lady is on vacation (wiggle this cable, restart, use another terminal). Even with two pagers for both jobs I get paid zilch.
I don't know if this is even legal. I'm very interested in hearing more about other companies' payment schemes.
