Okay, how about:
"from 100 Hz to 200 Hz, there are one hundred humanly perceivable discrete frequencies"
That is still false. Besides, there are the same number of humanly perceivable discrete frequencies in every octave. And for people with normal listening skills, the figure is more like 50 distinguishable frequencies in any given octave.
Jesus Christ, that's exactly the point I'm making. You are paying for a *copy*. You are not paying for a *licence* to use that copy. Please do not pretend to be an ideut.
An ip is a number between 0 and 4294967296 (inclusive)
Thank you. But your range contains one too many integers to be represented by a 32 bit number. I think you meant "between 0 and 4294967295 (inclusive).
Some ideut moderator has overrated-ised the original post anyway.
Interesting. So I have no control over the products of my own mind? Who does, the government?
It is your brain, not your brawn, that your employer is hiring for eight hours a day. They should reasonably expect control over what they pay you to produce. What you produce in your own time should be yours
Also, if you are working and want to own the means of production, become self employed. It's a free market. Don't moan because someone else had more initiative than you.
First you get the employees to take out loans to do the training. Then you pay off their loan for them over, say, 2-3 years. But if they jump ship, they pay their own loan.
Remembering, of course, to take out insurance against the possibility of the company going bust and leaving lots of redundant people with substantial liabilities.
Couldn't they think up a better name than "Orange"?
Well, Orange is probably Britain's sexiest brand. They have an extremely artistic TV ad campaign and they're perceived as very slick by most of the population. A new name would pretty much destroy their brand. "the future's bright.. the futures's Orange".
What? Are you trying to claim that all SMTP servers know all valid email addresses the world over? What you have described is only going to work over a single domain, and even then only with an incredibly badly adminned mail server. What ISP was this?
From the article: Plaintiffs allege that (the defendant) has covertly, without consent or authorization, planted 'cookies' upon Internet users' computer hard disk drives...
I'm sorry, but you implicitly give permission to do this when you configure your browser settings. Trouble is, life gets hard when you disable all cookies.. you can't even log in to slashdot.
Yep, that's a very good point. You should also take into consideration the fact that certain NIC/hub combinations will break all databases on the network. Therefore, if you plan on running a database within the college, you must check the electrical properties of your networking gear extrememly carefully. More information on this is given here, here and here .

The web is anything on the internet sent over HTTP, ideut.
That is still false. Besides, there are the same number of humanly perceivable discrete frequencies in every octave. And for people with normal listening skills, the figure is more like 50 distinguishable frequencies in any given octave.
That is by no means generally accepted within the physics community.

Here is the article.
You really need to check out consume.net

I venture that you are a middle class student.
Ah. You are curious about the floating point performance of the new video chip. A very valid concern, young man. Well done.

this lets you read the article without signing up to the NYT
Poor analogy. I venture that you are an ideut.

Well, the MySQL thread has nearly closed and you still haven't provided any evidence. Maybe you owe the ideut an apology?

Don't be scared, you can come out and tell me why it's the switch, I promise I won't laugh at you.
Why am I beginning to suspect that no such proof exists, and that you were squealing out of your wrinkly anus the whole time?
