I am still skeptical. The e-cises for "power PC users" (i.e. people who use a computer more then 2 hours every day) last about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Who is really going to spend so much time every day?

The benchmark is Java-based. So in addition to the performance of the CPU, the efficiency of the Java virtual machine is pretty important.
