FBI/CIA informed of a signficant potential threat. But apparently cannot be bothered to track or monitor threat. But want threat as an excuse to monitor EVERYONE in the U.S.
Think we're crazy because we want to remain armed, against a government that already views ALL of us as threats.
Seriously, is anything of our Constitution left? Okay, sure, the government is not boarding soldiers in our homes. But let's be honest, with eminent domain laws today. They would simply tell us the homes are not ours anymore.
I think with automatics, the first or second stops the re-chambering process.
And with larger calibers, you can blow your barrel like it was a grenade. It is one of the most potentially dangerous accidents involving firearm mechanics.
With 22 calibers, it's more often the blow out occurs out the back via the slide/chamber.

Frankly, I think all the farmers sued, should file a class action lawsuit seeking $50 billion in damages.
Really, cause most of the cases. The farmers still deny it. I believe one did state that he had a patch that seemed more resistant. And therefore used that area for seeds for the next year.
But if Mosanto can't control their dogs. They should be put down. And Mosanto claimed there was no way infection could be attributed. They showed their scientific evidence and studies (all since proven wrong).
No meager farmer could produce counter evidence. It was an abuse of the legal system. Which is truly all our courts are for. We don't have a justice system, we have a legal system.
Honestly, if you compare to "in class", the payback period on a Tesla is walking out the door.
You're getting more car, for less money than the Mercedes, BMW, Audi, & Porsche. Even the Lexus 460 is like $70K. So factor in you're getting a high performance, 7 passenger vehicle with the most advanced interface system in any vehicle. You're already getting more car for the buck.
Then subtract savings in gas. And you basically are ahead of all other vehicles in class as soon as you walk out the door.
Um, pro-lifers have been arguing that a fetus has DNA for years. And cite it as scientific proof that it is not merely a part of the woman's body as pro-choicers tout. As the scientific evidence confirms that the DNA is designated human, but neither matches the father nor the mother, distinguishing the subject as a unique and separate entity.
But, don't expect people on the left to tout that scientific fact. Nope....cause if we're honest, we'll all admit to using science to our biases.
Considering a lot more research is based on discoveries made by schools. And that 14 year old high school students are making better tests than bulti-billion dollar pharmaceutical corps.
Um, probably quite a lot. Maybe if American's weren't expending nearly 5%-15% of their earned income on health care and insurance. We could crowd source most diseases away.
My great-great-......grandfather discovered iron. Pay up bitch. We own that element. Quit using it.
I mean seriously, patenting genes and such and charging exhorberant DNA tests for thousands of dollars, when other companies have come up with tests that cost a mere $100. Just because you get to claim ownership of the gene.
This does not sound stupid to you?
I think it's clearly stupid. It would be like letting someone patent an element on the periodic table.
Windows 8, ain't so bad....but it's a fairly big change. It has lots of little improvements and refinements that are rather cool. And while Windows 7 is my favorite OS ever, followed by OS X Jaguar for performance. I think Windows 8 has potential if they fix a few quarks. And perhaps 8.1 will do that.
A few simple things would allow W8 to (W-eight) to shine.
> The grid menu for apps etc is in fact really nice. EXCEPT, re-arranging and setting defaults kind of sucks. Let me simply "PIN" apps in specific squares. The whole tabbing of pages is awesome. I'd love to have menu grids for my different workflows. Fun. Development. Photography & Design.

I think if there was simply a narrow translucent border that gave the feel that Metro apps were merely an overlay being displayed on your screen. People would find it much more comfortable. If not as aesthetic.
That said, many of the settings and interfaces finally make sense. Questions are much better phrased.
Less of the ambigious statements like "This file already exists would you like to overwrite or keep the old version?" Ok/Cancel. [Seriously, how the !@#$ are you supposed to answer a question like that. You can't. And Microsoft has done a lot to eliminate those issues.]
And I know even more children who would be alive if the FBI/BATF didn't use incendiary gas grenades. And one rogue LAPD officer too. One can decide if the latter would be beneficial. But the former would have.
And you're an expert in this with a basis in what?
I can cite numerous cases to document a single individual required 5, or more rounds. In fact, there are cases where 9 shots, including multiple head hits did not put down the assailant.
So lets say 4-5 shots (not uncommon believe it or not). And 2-3 assailants in a house robbery (also not uncommon, especially in board states). You are looking at a bare minimum 8-15 rounds.
Guess how many rounds the average police officer carries. Yup. At least double the above....many 3-4x

Oh the small penis argument. I really need to take a picture of my carry gun and my penis. And simply ask, if I am compensating for my small penis? Why do I carry a gun that is smaller than my penis?

I think the issue is that people voted for Obama, under the auspices he'd reverse those decisions. Not further, and expand them.
Seriously, Obama is Dubya III & IV
Oh no, if they did...they would brag about it. And nearly everything they thwarted, they also fanned the flames of and provided the means.

Mega corporation releases grain (corn, wheat, canola, etc) that can only be grown with their "unlocking" chemical.
It infects all the world's grain.
Farmers now need to pay a fortune to evil company in order to grow.
Welcome new overlords.

Oh, and look at the amazing in-flight recovery of a failure. That shows good design.
And you forget they're polluting less than your diesel too. And giving my children a better cleaner future America.
That said, your diesel is probably helping to give a cleaner future more than most cars too. So thank you.

Today, patents are merely about who owns the profits. No invention necessary.

Right, because outlawing drugs has worked oh so well. Kept drugs off our streets, and out of our prisons even.
All that does is ensure the good people don't have access.
An Assault Rifle is Automatic or Select-Fire (Burst). That's basically its definition.
Unlike the term Assault Weapon, an Assault Rifle is an actual designation.
I like to call them Sport Utility Rifles. As they have the flexibility and modularity to be adapted to a wide range of uses.
