So yes it does appear that the rich are the only ones getting the tax breaks, but in reality that is b/c they pay into the pool the most so small differences in the percentage used for them is more noticable.
Its all common sense, basic math, and economics being manipulated to be seen in only one aspect of the actual situation. And its been proven that Gore and his boss/buddy Clinton are masters of such manipulation.
To be honest with you neither of the ignoramous' presented to us as candidates, from the major parties, deserves the presidency. And if Browne or Nader stood a chance at winning the election more power to the country, if they can get their ideas through congress.
