ok i have an ABSOLUTLY awsome HP workstation monitor that i picked up for 5$ a piece. (ok i have 2 (dual heads good, napster bad)) perfictly sharp images because you have the dials on the front to manualy tune the guns. the only problem is that it is a a fixed freq monitor.in comparison ATM im in a lab and im getting a headache from the misaligned guns. that means being able to use the monitor lines like that becomes an ADVANTAGE (the horozontal refesh rate is really the key to fixed freq displays). it took me all day to get the line right, but they dont eve work under windows at all.

gore said ISP would monitor... and do you knoweasy it is to disable that on a machine that your useing? thats the point of having the ISP do it, not that thats not easy to get aroung... just send it via a anonimizer (sp?) or proxy... it hits the proxy and noone knows where it goes! and how about groups like freenet or mojonation? they CANT be tracked in this fashion do to the format of the network... all-in-all its the parents duity to watch their kid. teach you kids right and wrong, if you dont trust them then watch them.
