For each vacation I create a hotmail/google account and forward my email to it. If that account is hacked only the emails I've received during that time is in jeopardy. Good risk/usability value.
To bypass a keylogger you can type in the password backwards at any field and use cut/paste to bring it back in order. Then copy/paste it into the password box. Works even on Amiga.
