Ok the very fact that "Chief Dyer wants to get legislation passed that would make RateMyCop.com illegal" really just smacks of disconnection with the values of the founding fathers. Silencing free speach and efforts to release PUBLIC OFFICIALS from any responsibility for their actions equates to Racketeering and at best communism. The real problem is Chief Dyer, the very thought that silencing free speach is a good idea means this guy is completely disconnected from the values of the constitution and hints to me that he is the real root of the problem. I would think that a charge of treason could be argued.

I wonder if this is the first signs of M$'s eventual demise. The minimal end user now says "I don't need Vista because Splashtop does everything I need". Vista is a dismal disappointment from just about any angle you look at it. The company I work for isn't migrating to it anytime in the next two years and we are not small. Silverlight though nice, was too late to put a damper in AJAX. MS Virtualization software was just too late to dent VMWare. Just about every cool new gadget comes with embedded Linux and NOT embedded Windows CE. All the Multifunction printers that my company buys have embedded Linux not CE. Signs point that the Google phone will have embedded Linux. The iPhone certainly doesn't use CE. So is this the first signs that Micro$oft has grown too big to be competitive and will collapse under its own inertia?

If the universe is a simulation, is God the computer running the simulation or the beings that created the simulation? Or is God an element that was programed into the simulation. Or did he/she/it evolve as a necessity of the simulation?

And what happens if the simulation computer blue screens? Or could we make it blue screen by having a computer (in our simulation reality) calculate the value of SQRT(infinity).

Could we slow the universal simulation computer down by having a virtual machine create infinite sub virtual machines?

What happens if we create our own universal simulation computer?
