Now instead of many "techs" reading a script from their monitor, I'll just be dealing with one. I'm assuming they will still have me troubleshoot for a software problem when I've already identified that a known good working hardware part resolved the issue.

Case and point: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 - Single player is nothing but a linear, hand-holding, semi-interactive cutscene.
I like games that have a story to them and develop a sense of caring for what happens to the other characters in the game. I don't like having that story interfere with game play and my ability to figure things out on my own OR choose a way of accomplishing a goal. Limiting me to only one choice in the way goals are attained?? Might as well have never given me the option to control the game in the first place!
Love it! But with a Helicopter chasing after it and the passenger shooting a high-powered rifle at it.

So because I understand and possess the knowledge to create an Atomic weapon (which I do have said knowledge), I wonder what sort of jail time I would face in England.
