I don't know about you but I use Mobile ip client from Birdstep and cisco. This solves the problem for IP layer roaming (Administrative roaming is another question).
This is quite true as Wifi coverage and Cellular merge.. I have Mobile IP for Birdstep implemented so all my users can roam from wifi to cellular to LAN..
Verizon (data) + wifi+ LAN+ Mobile IP... seamless transition from one to another...Give it a try you will be in data heaven ïS
Yes MS was tipped off, I was audited about 2 years ago, the fine was $100,000 per violation. We negociated and got it down. But it took me a month to get all the data. For a 100 person company and only me as the only IS guy, it took forever.. And when I submitted the results, they walked in with 5-6 lawyers. freek, I pushed Star office but Upper Management said..NO..oh well..

Now if they only added mobile ip to this network ..all would be great. Seemless roaming hmmm...
now only if they added netapp like snapshots I am there. I have searched and searched, I have to say nothing compares to a netapp. just my .02c
