How does a constantly updating OS manage it's network quota on a limited bandwidth dictated by the "National Broadband Plan" that says cellular speed is good enough.
I worked for a Web E-commerce site that only contracted work out. The owner was the only employee. The site ran on Perl and the only documentation was the values of variables. No documentation on Function's inputs and outputs. The code was a mess. One perl script would include the previous perl script in the center of the code. This was bad when the scripts served related web pages. The owner was a big sales driven guy and had bought the perl code from a startup company numerous years ago. I was tasked to do cold calling of potential clients and making the code compliant with credit card laws. The company appeared big because of the number of clients but was not so.

What about a brain to internet machine. We can build a online story and submit it a reader's memory.
