    According to the Rand Detective Study, only a very small portion of cases are solved using "special techniques" such as police detectives employ. As I recall, the only crimes in which these techniques significantly increased the clearance rate were homicides- important, yes, but only a small portion (5% or so? I haven't read the study lately) of the actual crimes solved by law enforcement.

    Your American ignorance is astounding. Obviously he was referring to "broadband" as in the sash all Chinese people tie round their waists, "fibre" was simply a mispelling of "fiber", in reference to all the rice they grow.     For that matter, laws restricting slander, false advertisement, or fraud are unconstitutional since they restrict free speech. Would you suggest we throw out all standards of accountability in the name of absolute freedom of speech?
